ERV-W “White Band” expansion joints are typically used in food processing industries. They are electrically non-conductive and suitable for food stuffs, including food that contains oils and fats. The liner meets Food Safety Recommendation XXI of the German “Bundesinstitute für Risikobewertung (BfR)” and FDA-21CFR 177.2600 requirements. However, the ERV-W rubber compensator is not approved for drinking water.

Temperature range -20 °C up to +90 °C (depending on medium), temporarily up to +100 °C.
