Elaflex® ROTEX expansion joints are typically used as safety compensators in heating installations. They are electrically dissipative and approved by TÜV according to DIN 4809 with temperatures up to 110° C at PN 6 bar. This high quality expansion joint can be used for noise reduction, compensation of axial, lateral and angular movements and is suitable for permanent use with hot heating water, cooling water and hot air.

The ROTEX expansion joint is NOT suitable for drinking water, cooling water with oil containing additives, oil-contaminated compressor air and permanent exposure to steam.
